Navigating From Within: A Dance/Movement Therapy Group
This movement-focused psychotherapy group is for those who identify as highly sensitive, empathic, or relationally-sensitive and want to experience more embodiment in order to better care for themselves in the presence of others.

Moving into action: A dance/movement therapy group
This is a closed group for people who resonate with terms like highly sensitive person (HSP), and/or empath looking to navigate current events while building resiliency in community. Participants will be guided through body-based techniques for self-awareness, nervous system regulation, and connection. No prior movement experience is necessary. All activities will have options for various abilities. Please note, the group will take place on the second floor of a building without an elevator. Begins March 12, 2025 (trial session on March 5)

Queer Eating Disorder Process Group
This group is a space to process eating disorder recovery as an LGBTQ+ person. Group members will connect with peers who share similar lived experiences & challenges in the recovery process.
