Navigating From Within: A Dance/Movement Therapy Group
This movement-focused psychotherapy group is for those who identify as highly sensitive, empathic, or relationally-sensitive and want to experience more embodiment in order to better care for themselves in the presence of others.

Commitment: Full attendance required (5 sessions); Cost: $40/session, BCBS PPO & Blue Choice accepted, sliding scale available;

Queer Eating Disorder Process Group
This group is a space to process eating disorder recovery as an LGBTQ+ person. Group members will connect with peers who share similar lived experiences & challenges in the recovery process.
Facilitator: Stephanie Kilper, LCPC, BC-DMT;
Date/Time: April 4-May 23, 2024; Thursday evenings 7-8pm CST
