Ara has an M.S. in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling from Illinois Institute of Technology. She has twenty years experience with Internal Family Systems beginning with Richard Schwartz in the mid 90’s and has more recently taken the Level 1 IFS training. She is an LPC working with Mind Body Connections since January of 2021.
